Terms of Service

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Russian versions, the English version shall prevail.

By using the SMS Sender 24 service (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

SMS Sender 24 is a cloud SaaS service that forwards SMS messages intercepted from connected Android devices to user-specified delivery channels (Telegram, X2Chat, Email, Discord, Slack, Webhook).

2. Registration and Account

Use of the Service requires registration with a valid email address or an OAuth provider.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity performed through your account.
Accounts may not be transferred to third parties without the Service's written consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

Intercepting SMS without the device owner's consent (legally valid consent is required).
Spam, phishing, fraud, or infringement of third-party rights.
Attacks on the Service's infrastructure (DDoS, vulnerability scanning, etc.).
Circumventing plan limits.

Violation of these terms results in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Plans and Payment

Plans and limits are listed on the Pricing page.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel in one click via "Manage Subscription".
If you cancel, access to paid features remains available until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime for all plans and 99.9% for the Business plan (with SLA). Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Force majeure events (Cloudflare outage, government blocking, natural disasters) are outside the Service's area of responsibility.

6. Data Privacy

Collection, storage, and processing of user data are governed by the Privacy Policy. SMS messages are stored in an encrypted database, accessible only to the tenant owner.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of a violation of these Terms or if a payment cannot be processed for 30 days.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
