Refund Policy

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Russian versions, the English version shall prevail.
TL;DR: 30-day trial for everyone. Full refund within 7 days of your first payment if the Service is not a fit.
Trial Period
All new accounts receive a 30-day trial of the Pro/Business plan with no credit card required. There are no automatic charges after the trial — you must explicitly subscribe.
7-Day Guarantee
If within 7 days of your first payment you decide the Service is not a fit, we will refund 100% of the amount paid. No questions. No conditions.
How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund".
- Include the email address of your account.
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days.
- Funds are returned to the original payment method within 5–14 banking days (depending on the issuing bank).
When a Refund Is Not Available
- More than 7 days have passed since the first payment.
- The account was suspended for violating the Terms of Service.
- More than 50% of the monthly SMS limit on the paid plan has been used.
- Crypto payments (NowPayments) — refunds are not supported, but we can extend the subscription instead.
Cancelling Auto-Renewal
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time under "Subscription" → "Manage Subscription". Access to paid features remains available until the end of the paid period.
Other
This policy applies only to payments processed via Stripe, YooKassa, and NowPayments on smssender24.com. Refunds for other channels (e.g., bank wire by request) are handled individually.
